Review Casino Complaints Service (AGCCS)

By submitting a complaint using AGCCS, you agree to the following:

  • AGCCS is a free mediatory service between players and casino operators.
  • Review cannot be held liable for the outcome of complaints submitted through AGCCS.
  • Only registered members can use AGCCS.
  • You authorize Review to request and receive information from casino operators to resolve complaints.
  • Complaints missing crucial information may be rejected or closed.
  • AGCCS is public; it is your responsibility to mask personal details in posts and attachments.
  • Information exchanged during the process is confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
  • Both parties must respond within 96 hours to continue the complaint process.
  • Communication is restricted to email for all AGCCS matters.
  • Complaints may be reopened up to two times, subject to Review's discretion.
  • Rules may change without prior notice and are effective immediately.

Forum Rules

  • Do not post material that is false, defamatory, abusive, vulgar, hateful, obscene, sexually-oriented, or violates laws.
  • Strictly forbidden:
